Shipping
For the moment, shipping is only possible for Belgium, but you can always contact you if you're abroad and we can see with you if shipping is possible for your country and how much will be the costs of shipping.
Possibilities : the items can be pickup directly at our kennel , or we can bring them at a show or we can shipping them by Taxipost.
Cost of shipping the pickup at the kennel or at a show is free. For the shipping in Belgium, we use Taxipost Secur (Belgian Post). Shipping costs are for packets of 0 to 2 kilo : 6,90 €, 2 to 10 kilo : 8,90 € and for 10 to 30 kg : 10,90 €
ATTENTION :NO SHIPPING FOR THE CRATE,FOR THE DOG BED AND FOR THE FOOD BAGS ONLY TO TAKE AT THE KENNEL OR AT A SHOW
For shipping of lead and whistle, they can be send at a lower cost in a single mail, which will be communicate at the order.
Payment methods
You can pay in cash for picking up at kennel or at a show or you can pay by bank transfer. The order will be dispatched after that we've receive the payment.

Shipping
As soon as we 've you payment, we ship your order if it is in stock (delay 2 or 3 days by taxipost)
Pick-up at the kennel or at a show
This way is free of shipping costs. For a picking-up at the kennel, please contact us to make an appointment as for a delivery at a show.
Returns
You've 14 days from the day of reception to return the article if it's not what you expect. In case of return, please send the article intact full in his package with all the accessories and documentation at the following adress

In case of return, we'll pay you back in a delay of 15 days. The articles used, broken, dammaged are not taking back. Before to send us back an article, we ask you to take contact with us via the form to explain the problem and to receive your number of return.
